

As soon as contact is made with someone that is a prospect, you need to follow-up. Don’t SPAM them! There needs to be a mutual understanding that in exchange for their contact information they are going to get something in return.
Following-up is the most cost effective way to gain new clients, and increase repeat clients.

– Post Cards
– Personal Visits
– Letters / Direct Mail
– Up dates, Promotions, Educational… Newsletters
– Birthday’s, Anniversaries… Gifts
– Fax
Any follow-up system requires a database. Start asking people for their contact information. If they’ve had a positive experience with your business, they will have no problems letting you contact them again.
